3) Sleep – It is vital to get good hours of sleep per night so that excess visceral fat is not stored. Proper sleep helps to reduce belly fat and in weight loss. It is recommended that you sleep on time and don't eat for 3 hours before sleeping.
4) Stress – Today, people are leading a very stressful life; however, trying out different ways of relaxation occasionally will not help. Although it is good to take a vacation once a month, it is recommended that you meditate daily for 10 mins in order to de-stress yourself. This will not only help you to stay healthy but also be prepared to face challenging situations in life.
